I love the bracelet. The citrine ball is so pretty. But, I have to be honest. The first night sleeping with it on, the thread came loose from the loop, so I had to tie it back, making multiple knots. Other than that, I'm satisfied.
I believe the bracelet is good quality except for the lock on the bracelet that I saw red string. I don’t think that is gold. It became black within the first day the other bracelets I believe they are good quality, but some of them I cannot use them since they are very small for me. I’ve been tried several times to contact customer support about that issue and to exchange the size of some bracelet, but nobody answered to my emails and I don’t understand why because I am not asking for a refund and I specifically they say that they will not refund but they will exchange within 14 days the size of the bracelets if they are too small or too big.
Cute but the lock got easily rusted.
