Damaged or defective?
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.
- We’ll work with you to make it right.

Was it a gift?
- If it was marked as a gift and shipped straight to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for its value once the issue is confirmed.
- If not, any resolution goes to the person who placed the order.
