Before it ships
- Orders are usually processed in 1–3 business days, and up to 5 during holidays, launches and sales.
- You get an email with tracking once your order ships. Can’t find it? Check spam and promotions.
Made to order takes longer
- The product page says when an item is made to order.
- For example, our 24k Double Pixiu bracelet takes about 3 weeks to arrive, and a framed natal chart takes 3–5 business days to make, then 3–5 to deliver.
Shipping outside the US?
- USPS international can’t be tracked once it leaves our facility.
- DHL and FedEx are fully tracked worldwide.
Still not moving?
- Email us with your order number and we’ll help follow up with the carrier.
- Shows delivered but not there? Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
