What if I don't know my exact birth time?
Your Sun, Moon and the planets will still be accurate. What needs an exact time is the Rising sign and the twelve house cusps, which can shift within a couple of hours. Use 12:00 if you have to — much of the reading still applies — but a birth certificate time makes it dramatically more precise.
How is this different from a free online chart?
